How long will my order take?
Your order will be processed in 5-10 business days. If you have purchased any pre-order items in the same transaction, all items will be shipped together when pre-order stock arrives. If you are requiring any in stock items to arrive sooner, please place two separate orders.

Please allow 2-8 business days for shipping within Australia in addition to the processing time.
Please allow 10-20 business days for the rest of the world.

If you require your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this.

We aim to fulfill all orders within our estimated time frames, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that such estimates be met due to unexpected factors out of our control such as postal delays or customs clearance.
