Returns Policy
At SZNL The Little Label, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and we welcome you to reach out to us regarding a faulty product or sizing issue. We strongly advise our customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags. Returned items must be in the brand new and original condition as purchased, with all labels and tags attached. Items must be;
- Unworn, unwashed with no marks.
- No perfumes or scents
- Free from contaminants such as pet hair or chemicals

Online Returns Policy
If you are needing to return an item, you have 10 days to do so. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was marked delivered as per tracking information, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs incurred for returns are to be paid by the customer.

All returns will be assessed by our team. If we accept your returned item, we will provide you with either a store credit or exchange (for same item only). If a store credit is issued, it will be to the same value of the item paid (for example, the price you paid minus the shipping). Please be aware store credits are valid for 12 months of issue. Unless the item is faulty or we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, all shipping costs are at the buyers expense. Risk in the item remains with you until received by us in the warehouse.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact customer service on hello@sznlthelittlelabel.com.au and we will email you a copy of the returns form.
2. Place the item into a mailing satchel or box with the completed customer returns form. The item must be packaged in a way that protects the item from transit damage.
3. Post the package to our warehouse. The address can be located on the returns form.
